4.1M Earthquake in Kokrajhar Assam - Tremors felt in Siliguri, Bhutan and nearby areas

Earthquake of Magnitude 4.1 Occurred on today 07-03-2017, 15:29:16 IST, Lat:26.8 N & Long: 90.5 E, Depth: 30 Km, Region: Kokrajhar, Assam. In Siliguri it was felt at around 4.06pm. People staying on 2nd floor and above felt it. No damages have been reported anywhere yet.

Tremors felt in following areas: Siliguri, Dooars, CoochBehar, Alipurduar, Bhutan, Assam, parts of Sikkim, DarjeelingHills, Jalpaiguri and nearby areas.

Kokrajhar is approximately 219 kms away from Siliguri.

Middle age man commits suicide by jumping infront of a train near Siliguri

A man said to be in his forties jumped in front of a local train heading to Katihar from Siliguri junction today morning around 11am near Naxalbari station at Panitanki outpost. The body of the man was cut into two halves. Sources say the deceased looks like a Nepali and could be a resident of Nepal as the incident took place near India-Nepal border. The train was immediately stopped after the incident. The body was later recovered by the railway staff and sent for post mortem. Train services resumed after a delay of 30 minutes said sources.

Several dead bodies of children found in Thailand with their organs removed

Yesterday at 8pm the Thailand Govt found a Van with 100’s of Malaysian dead childrens without Organs in their bodies. Their organs were removed n sold. The bodies are wraped in plastics. They were caught by the Thai govt. Pls becareful with ur children wheather they are going to school, shoping, functions, playgrounds. Pls! Be with them. Dont trust any known or unknown people with your children. Do not let them play alone or go with strangers anywhere. Take Care all childrens.
