As per sources a vehicle from Siliguri going towards Kurseong fell from the cliff on Rohini Road yesterday. Some are saying the vehicle was coming down from Kurseong. Total 5 people were in the vehicle out of which 4 are from Rathkhola and 1 from Babupara area of Siliguri. Rescue team is on spot and have rescued 4 bodies. Vehicle is not found yet as the cliff is very deep. The pic above is of our brother Rishab Das who died in this mishap. Two females tourists identified by Jharna Shah (48 yr) , Hrishpriya Ghose (13 yr) from Kolkata (West Bangal) and a local driver Suraj Chettri alias Tularam Chettri died in Tata Sumo vehicle bearing number SK 01 J 1877 met an accident reportedly triggered due to Landslide at Lingtam, Keew Khola around 2 PM today. Vehicle was moving towards Pelling West Sikkim after visiting Zuluk (Dzuluk) in East Sikkim. Deceased Jharna Shah hails from Barasat, Kalikapur ; Hrishpriya Ghose hails from Murari Pukurvroad Kolkata ; driver Suraj Chhetri hails from Manzing Lingmoo South Sikkim. Injured are as follows :- 1.
